SAYTEKNO is a technological group founded in 1994 and working in the field of design, production and installation of architectural steel, freeform, art glass structures, GlassFin, CableNet, cable truss, parametric facade, canopies, skylights, structural glazing, atriums, structural facades, airports, viaducts, residential buildings, offices, industrial structures, shopping malls and bridges. We offer functional, creative and economic solutions. With the head office in Istanbul, we also have a representative office in Vienna, Austria. We perform our production at our factory in Gebze and our partner factories. Our framework embraces five different brands.

OUR GOALS AND WORK

Our goal: To develop technological structural products with our own resources designing extraordinary, esthetic, safe and economic structures possible to be used in our country and all over the world staying loyal to the engineering positive analysis. To succeed by means of teamwork understanding, researching and creating, as well as to transfer our lasting vision to next generations.

What we do: We provide that our specialists professional in teamwork and 'human comes fırst' approach participate in business trainings, national and international seminars for the sake of keeping those qualities update and continuous. Besides that, we arrange sports and teambuilding events for effective teamwork.

We are working non-stop to possess the latest knowledge of engineering and materials, up-to-date national and international standards, software, production technologies and installation methods and to increase our experience and orderliness to use this knowledge efficiently.

We spare efforts to possess architectural esthetic understanding together with safety according to international standards and economic solutions with every profile designed by us, every screw, every connection bolt, every cable and glass. For this reason we perform all the necessary checks modelling all the structural parts with the help of 3D and BIM technologies taking into account not only the areas of our responsibility but also the operations performed before and after us.

Our technology

We are basically an engineering and design group performing production and installation. With our research and development work we are developing our own systems, and progressing on national and international levels with patented products.

We are offering economic solutions for viaducts and industrial buildings with long spans with SAYPOS-BEAM technology created by us, developing projects in the energy sector for the sake of wind turbine cost-reduction and producing bearing beam-column elements and joints systems. Together with structural solutions we are working on mobile structures under our ROBOTOO brand. Robotic parking, HeliLift (roof helicopter lift sytems), seismic moving platforms, warehousing systems and folding structures. Our r&d department is also developing products outside construction sector.

Why we are different

We choose the main bearing material and system at the point of structural solution for architecturally specific structures forseen by the architect. We design a bearing system using elements with dimensions possible to be purchased and produced, also offering economically and visually alternative systems. Besides that, according to the preferred bearing structure we solve the relation between the main structure and cladding, perform static calculations according to international norms and standards, create CNC production drawings suitable for the necessary tolerances and machines types which will be used for the production. It is also possible for us to produce systems like Freeform with tolerance of 0.01 mm (1%). Alongside with the above mentioned, we develop with our own resources installation methods, production-installation quality planning and perform installation with our own personnel. Our priority is labor safety and quality.

Our history

As founders of SAYTEKNO we are an innovative and dynamic team in its own sector that started operation in 1994 in the field of surveying, feasibility studies, project designing, production and installation as a leader group offering functional, creative and economic solutions.

- During the period when design and production were separate we performed over 300 projects under the motto 'Design-Produce-Install';
- When they were wondering if buildings with screws are actually possible, we created industrial structures with all door and window elements and purlin-truss elements on screws;
- When it was thought that steel buildings could tumble down because of the corrosion we covered all the load-bearing elements with hot-dip galvanized coating;
- When steel was used only for additional floors and attics, we created residential and office buildings with full load-bearing steel systems;
- We produced composite beams when they were just in professional literature and when stud elements were just used in the otomotive sector;
- After the earthquake of 1999 we made the highest office buildings of that period;
- We constructed officially the first primary school building in Turkey built using steel load-bearing system;
- We produced the first in Turkey composite coating panels with a machine designed by ourselves;
- We have produced and installed the first in Turkey hospital building having a steel load-bearing structure;
- As a structural steel company we created installation projects of a ship and carriage;
- Having performed the static analysis and 3D models purposed for installation we have developed methods for creating production drawings for amorphous structures;
- We performed the first Freeform and amorphous solid shell surface projects design and installation ın Russia in Russia;
- For solving the architectural need we have developed WAFFLE load-bearing system with SHEE - VEE profile elements;
- We prepared the design for such architecturally specific projects like Valide Sultan Golden Horn bridge, Rami library, TOYOTA factory, MAXX ROYEL hotel, Kadıköy Baloon, Milano pavilion, İlahiyat Mosque, main office building of Vakko, DHL warehouses, METRO Market;
- In our city that is heading towards becoming a financial centre with its project of Istanbul Financial Centre we have performed shop design and execution stretching the limits of design and production. The shops design involves two-sided curved shells, skylights with Shee profles and Vee Profiles, Freeform, Waffle and architectural load-bearing steel system
- We have performed design, production and installation of 11.500m2 area of stainless cable truss, planer facade and roof as part of the biggest shopping mall in the world,
- We perform design, production and installation of Freeform Skylights technology with third generation amorphous node elements;
- With our own method we have executed our second implementation of Freeform skylight allowing erection without without scaffolding and formwork
- We perform design, production and installation of Glassfin shop structures with our load-bearing beam and columns and walls completely out of glass, named Crystal;
