The static design and execution works for the project of CRYSTAL building structure consisting of glass beams and columns is in progress in full speed.
It is an architectural usage area with GlassFin bearing system consisting of three pieces of 36 m length crystal parts connected to the roof of the shopping mall. Inthis project we have used 6-12-15m glass columns and glass beams with 6 m length. The connection joints were solved using mechanical stainless steel plates and screws with a special filling method developed by us. There have been used a specially designed elastometric insulator for the sake of those glass structure hung in between different reinforced concrete floors not to be harmed by their displacement . Special methods were developed for the 15 meter high Glassfin column elements installation.

All static design, 3D-BIM modelling, production drawings and CNC conversion works are performed by SAY PROJE, while production and installation works are implemented by our other brand ONESTEEL.
