Within the framework of IranMall Project in which we have undertaken the design and execution of cable truss entrance facade and roof structures, while the northern facade has already been completed, the installation of the southern facade is now in progress. The areas of roof and facade are the ones with bearing system consisting of stainless cables. The entrance facade consists of various structures with spans up to 30 meters. The static design of the cable systems is done taking into account the installation method, the fact that they are produced in different temperature conditions between the place of production and place of installation. The cable sizes ant tension options are designed with consideration of sufficient forecasted bearing capacity in temperature defference and external load with glasses added on them.

All static design, 3D-BIM modelling, production drawings and CNC conversion works are performed by SAY PROJE, while production and installation works are implemented by our other brand ONESTEEL.
