With our SAYPOST-BEAM technology we are implementing a factory building with 2 intermediate levels and 1 roof level. The width of the building is 60 meters, the length of the building is 180 meters and live load is 1 ton/m2.

Why SAYPOST-BEAM?

1- With SAYPOST-BEAM technology 60m building width is passed with three 20m spans,and 180m building length is passed with 12m spans,
2- If building structure was designed as reinforced concrete,  60m building width should have been passed with 6x10m, and 180m building length should have been passed with 8m spans.
3 – If it was designed with composite steel, the same spans should have to pass through bigger size beam elements.
4- Because of soil type pile elements are used under foundation system. Due to the increase of the column-foundation quantity in reinforced concrete solution  the piling-foundation cost also increases. Considering the benefit-cost ratio of the passed span, SAYPOST-BEAM is more economical.
5- Composite steel beam solution is more expensive than the SAYPOST-BEAM slab system,
6- Using the SAYPOST-BEAM technology, we can utilise the roof space that has not been previously used, without contradicting the Building Codes. According to the need, we can pass the roof space with 60m, 40m, 20m spans without any column with SAYPOST-BEAM slab system, which is equivalent of covered terrace floor. We can provide PARKING - GREEN and OPEN STORAGE area premises in spite of it being hard to find a plot of sufficient size against remuneration even in the face of increased land prices nowadays.
