Reinforced concete multi-storey buildings

All kinds of multi-storey structure design is done by us with mixed, composite systems with completely reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete core and steel columns or reinforced concrete core and composite column main system. We are producing solutions for buildings from 1-2 floors to high-rise skyscrapers. Moreover, our steel experience is not only with the reinforced concrete main bearing system, but we also offer execution-wise specific facade solutions, special entrance floors canopy-artriums and Freeform-architectural steel floors. Progress of the regulations is the reason that the architectural requests prefer the more delicate cross-sections, and this is why the site staff can be left with the unacceptable parts, in case during the static design stage the attention is not paid to the ratio of reinforcement within the CONCRETE COLUMNS and CURTAIN elements. In our work as SAY PROJECT we perform controls not only with static program results, but also with applicability checks. We provide economical and practical parts using available reinforcement in the accessory inserts, lengths and brackets.
In addition to standard solutions, SAYPOST BEAM & COLUMN - prestressed mixed beam and column system provides economical solutions for multi-storey structures. Especially in tower type high-rise buildings, wide floor spans are passed without the need for additional column between the core and facade system. Mechanical-Ventilation-Fire-Electric installations are solved in the beam plane by means of the spaces left in the bearing system. We make it easy to offer alternative solutions that can be changed over time, in line with your sales-marketing strategy, with the same height, without column, and with the wiring system that can reached from any desired point.
With our ROBOTOO and SAYPOST solution group, we produce technical data which will help you to choose between classic parking solutions and Robotics or SAYPOST parking solutions.
As SAY PROJECT, we perform advanced static calculations with PERFORM ANALYSIS - F.E.M ANALYSIS METHODS for SAFE resettling after major earthquake envisaged other than the current earthquake regulations. SAY PROJE and İ.T.Ü together provide earthquake monitoring service.
