Multi-storey steel buildings

 We design all kinds of multi-storey buildings the core bearing system of which has fully steel or reinforced concrete-steel systems with mixed, composite systems or SAYPOST-BEAM elements. We are producing solutions for buildings from 1-2 floors to high-rise skyscrapers. Moreover, our steel experience is not only with the main bearing system, but we also offer execution-wise specific facade solutions, special entrance floors canopy-atriums and Freeform-architectural steel floors.
In general it is considered that basement floors are reinforced concrete, entrance and upper floors should be steel. However, this is economically and statically not very convenient. It is rather difficult to connect the steel columns to the floor level so that they stay in the screed, but anchored connection will not be suitable. Moreover, the crew and equipment that should be brought for the basement floors will eliminate the advantages of steel construction. From the foundation the use of the steel column-beam system solves all possible problems.
