We have different types of systems for viaducts [25-35m], [35-65m], [65-90m] and [90-150m]. With existing systems in viaducts where 25m is passed 50m, and in viaducts where 45m is passed 90m we can pass economically by reducing the support number and application time. With SAYPOST-BEAM (Prestressed-Posttension Beam) technology, we can connect viaduct cladding system to reinforced concrete supports with Earthquake Isolators. Due to this the horizontal loads we transfer to the supports and bases can be less than the existing systems. We are able to provide the economy in serious proportions especially for systems with high supports and pile foundation. No additional MOULD system is required during manufacturing. For this reason, as well as manufacturing cost, manufacturing & assembly speed can also be achieved. As an installation method, we have economical installation methods suitable for passing through natural land, river, sea. SAYPOST-COLUMN technology provides more economy especially in Viaduct Supports, which are very high and are located on grounds that require pile foundation.
