Industrial buildings beam systems

With SAYPOST-BEAM and SAYPOST-COLUMN technology wide-span, multi-storey and heavy-load constructions are economically solved. With SAYPOST-BEAM technology, 20-30-60m flooring spans can be passed. Moreover, 1 to 5 tons / m2 of live load can be carried. SAYPOST-BEAM technology provides more economy than Classic Steel and / or Composite Steel solutions. Moreover, the cross-section height is also lower. In the cladding made with the SAYPOST-BEAM system, the DEFLECTION-VIBRATION comfort is better than the classical constructions. FIRE PROTECTION and CORROSION comparing to the classical steel construction can be achieved much more economically, in this case showing similar behavior with reinforced concrete structures. With SAYPOST-BEAM slab system thanks to BODY SPACES; Ventilation, Mechanical-Electricity, Fire-Sprinkler, Air, Water utilities are possible to be solved at the BEAM LEVEL. This is a much higher usage area than reinforced concrete or steel beamed flooring systems. It is very practical to apply physically and make mechanical connections to all of the additions (in general static load assumptions) required for manufacturing to the SAYPOST-BEAM system. This would be a great solution for our industrialists to be able to use the large roof surfaces as parking lot-green area outside of the main use area of usage. However, the desired wide spans with conventional reinforced concrete and steel bearing systems can not be economically solved. The SAYPOST-BEAM system is also able to economically solve large spans (30-60m) on the roof with the loads on it.
